My name is Kaitlyn, and I am deeply grateful that you have taken the time to visit my website.
Since childhood, I’ve always been in motion, playing outside, swinging on monkey bars, and exploring my surroundings with a keen sense of connection. My passion for movement led me to embrace dance, martial arts, stunt work, aerial work, and other physically and mentally engaging activities. However, I often pushed my body and mind beyond their limits, neglecting the importance of self-compassion and recovery.
In 2012, my life took an unexpected turn after a car accident left me seeking relief and healing. That’s when I discovered yoga, a practice that not only helped my physical recovery but also opened a doorway to deeper self-awareness and balance. Yoga quickly became a cornerstone in my life, guiding me through the ups and downs of each new chapter.
But in 2021, I faced a heartbreak I wasn’t prepared for: losing my brother. Grief set in, and with it came a feeling of being unmoored. The path I had been on felt dim and uncertain, and I struggled to find my footing again. It was during this time, at my absolute lowest, that Ayurveda found me.
What began as curiosity soon grew into something transformative, as Ayurveda helped me reconnect with my heart, my purpose, and my body in a way that felt uncomfortable, but new, and deeply aligned.
Today, I carry yoga, Ayurveda, and my brother forward in my work as a bodyworker and healer, supporting others to find their own peace and resilience. This journey has taught me the power of self love and holistic healing—not only to mend the body but to nourish the soul, realigning us with the true callings of our lives.
