My name is Kaitlyn, and I’m grateful you’re here.
Movement has always been at the center of my life, from childhood adventures on monkey bars to dance, martial arts, stunt work, and aerial arts. Yet, I often pushed my body and mind beyond their limits, learning the importance of self-compassion and recovery.
My healing journey began in 2012 after a car accident left me facing physical and mental challenges that Western medicine alone couldn’t fully address. Seeking relief, I discovered yoga, which became a cornerstone of my life. In 2019, I trained at YogaWorks to become a certified instructor, learning that no two bodies are alike and that each person requires individualized care. I began hosting private sessions online and in person, and in 2021, I joined StretchLab in Studio City, CA, working with clients from children to adults in their eighties, including professional athletes, sedentary clients, and those managing chronic pain or injuries. During this time, I also earned certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and in Stretch Therapy.
In 2022, I faced a heartbreak I wasn’t prepared for, losing my brother. An unwelcome grief set in, and with it came a feeling of being unstable. Around this time, I discovered Ayurveda. What began as curiosity soon became transformative, helping me reconnect with my heart, purpose, and body. In 2023, I enrolled in the Ayurveda Program at Southern California University of Health Sciences, completing an intensive curriculum in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Nutrition, Herbology, and Internal Medicine. I apprenticed at the SCU Health Clinic, tutored classes, participated in integrative health events, and joined the Ayurveda Club, deepening my appreciation for collaboration across healing modalities.
Ayurveda, meaning “The Science of Life,” resonates deeply with my heart and practice. I guide individuals in understanding their unique bodies and minds, cultivating self-awareness, resetting present health, and fostering gentle, sustainable longevity.
Everyday, I carry forward the knowledge of yoga, Ayurveda, and the love of my brother, supporting others to find peace, resilience, and lasting balance.
