Ayurveda is an ancient system of holistic healing that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Rooted in the Vedic texts, Ayurveda translates to "the science of life" and offers a deep understanding of how nature influences the body, mind, and spirit.
It teaches us that just as nature follows rhythms and cycles, so too should our daily lives, aligning with the natural flow of the seasons, time of day, and life stages for optimal health and longevity.
Ayurveda provides a personalized approach to wellness, using nutrition, herbal medicine, movement, meditation, breathwork, and body therapies to restore balance.
Rather than just treating an illness, Ayurveda focuses on preventing disease and promoting longevity by understanding the unique constitution (Prakriti) of each individual. It teaches us that true health is not just the absence of disease but a state of harmony, where digestion, sleep, energy, and emotions are in balance.
It recognizes that each person has a unique constitution (Prakriti) made up of the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—which influence physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By following daily routines (Dinacharya) and seasonal adjustments (Ritucharya) that align with nature's rhythms, Ayurveda helps individuals cultivate lasting health.
At Knew Resources, we recognize that disturbances in the mind and musculoskeletal system are often the root causeof chronic pain, tension, and overall health challenges. Whether it's stress, emotional imbalances, or physical strain, vitiated doshas can disrupt both mental clarity and bodily function, leading to long-term discomfort or illness.
Through a holistic Ayurvedic approach, we provide:
✔ Individualized treatments to release stored tension, improve mobility, and restore physical alignment.
✔ Ayurvedic-based mind-body therapies to stabilize the nervous system, ease mental disturbances, and promote resilience.
✔ Personalized guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care to support long-term vitality and prevent imbalances from returning.
By addressing the interconnection between the mind and body, we help you restore balance, prevent disease, and cultivate sustainable well-being.

Abhyangas involve the use of long, rhythmic strokes, circular motions, & gentle kneading techniques to apply warm, medicated oils to the body. These strokes are designed to promote the flow of energy, stimulate the skin, & release tension in the muscles.
Oils are carefully selected based on your body’s needs—whether to support muscular recovery, joint health, or nervous system regulation.
The Abhyanga session is a full 60 minutes, with additional 15 minutes for material setup & clean up.
External Basti involves the application of warm, medicated oil within a dough reservoir placed over a focused area, deeply nourishing the muscular, skeletal, or nervous system based on your body’s needs.
This treatment is especially beneficial for lower back pain (Kati Basti), knee discomfort (Janu Basti), neck tension (Greeva Basti), and abdominal relief (Nabhi Basti).
The treatment duration is 30 minutes, with an additional 20 minutes allocated for pre- and post-treatment setup and cleanup.
