2. Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours in Advance

If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled service, you will forfeit the entire amount paid. This policy is in place due to the difficulty of filling the spot on short notice.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your cancellation details. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and returned via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be marked as non-refundable, in which case the refund policy above will not apply. Any such services will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
